The Recipe


Pour into a shaker...

The Blend: One tot of St Abbs Cask Silver
Half a tot of St Abbs Captain’s Table XO
Two tots of fresh passion fruit pulp
Three tots of fresh orange juice
Half a tot of fresh lime juice
Half a tot of grenadine
Quarter of a tot of sugar syrup
One dash of Angostura bitters
The Shake: Fill the shaker with cubed ice and shake for ten seconds
Strain into a tall glass full of ice
Garnish with fruit slices or wedges and a straw
The Finish: Drizzle half a tot of St Abbs Six Spice over the surface of the cocktail
