Rum-Tub Bramble




The Recipe


Pour into a shaker...

The Blend: Two tots of St Abbs Cask Silver
One tot of fresh lime juice
Half a tot of sugar syrup
The Shake: Fill the shaker with cubed ice and shake for ten seconds
Strain into a tall glass
Fill the glass with cracked ice (You can always wrap your cubed ice in a clean tea-towel and bash it with a wooden rolling pin)
Drizzle half a tot of blackberry or other dark fruit liqueur over the surface of the cocktail
The Finish: Garnish with fruit slices or wedges and two straws
