Good-Old IPA Mojito




The Recipe


Add to a tall glass...

The Blend: Two pinch of fresh mint leaves
¾ tot of fresh lime juice
¾ tot of sugar syrup
Press all ingredients against the side of the glass with the back of a spoon till the mint has released its flavour
One tot of St Abbs Cask Silver
One tot of St Abbs Captain’s Table XO
One scoop of cracked ice
The Shake: Churn everything together so that the ingredients are well mixed and the melting ice adds water to the drink, top up with ice as you go and do this till around ¾ of the glass is full.
The Finish: Top with your favourite IPA craft beer
Garnish with a mint sprig and two straws
